Your Right to Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Qaliye account at any time. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, messages, matches, and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Delete From the App

You can delete your account directly within the Qaliye app — no need to contact support.

Profile >> Settings >> Delete Account

Request Deletion by Email

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please email [email protected] with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' from the email address registered to your account.

What Happens Next

  • Your request will be reviewed and processed within 30 days.
  • Your profile, photographs, bio, preferences, and matches will be permanently removed.
  • Your messages and chat history with other users will be deleted.
  • Some data may be retained where required by law for legal, tax, or safety purposes.

Managing Your Data In-App

You do not need to delete your entire account to remove specific content. The Qaliye app allows you to delete individual items at any time:

  • Delete photos directly from your Profile screen.
  • Delete individual chat messages from within the Chat screen.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
